明龍館 秋の合気道合宿

 

・日程:平成30年11月3日(土)～11月4日(日)
・場所：美津根園
・料金：おとな￥11,000、こども ￥9,000・・・1泊3食付（秩父鉄道熊 谷-秩父往復運賃込）

明龍館第3回暑中稽古のお知らせ

今年も暑い夏がやってまいりました!! 合気道の稽古をして夏バテを吹き飛ばそう!! 1クラスのみ、懇親会のみの参加も大歓迎です。(全クラス参加の方は表彰状と記念品を贈呈します)
レベルごとに分かれ指導者もたくさんいるので初心者も安心。
また、基本技を抜粋して多数行いますので、次回審査を受ける方にお勧めです。
他の同好会メンバーとも交流できますので是非参加しましょう!! ※昼食は各自ご持参下さい。

日時：平成30年8月4日(土)　　※懇親会　17：30～

①  10：15～11：15　(一ヶ条・側面入り身投げ)

②  11：25～12：25  (四方投げ・天地投げ)

③  13：25～14：25　(二ヶ条・正面入り身投げ)

④  14：35～15：35　(三ヶ条・四ヶ条)

⑤  15：45～16：45　(肘締め・小手返し)

場所：春日部市民武道館　第一武道場

参加費：1クラス500円　　全クラス(5クラス)2,000円　※懇親会費別途

明龍館会員の方は申込書に参加するクラスに○をつけて、7月30日(月)までに参加費を添えて各代表者または指導者へお申し込み下さい。

7/4稽古

大宮同好会もいよいよ来週7/11(水)が審査となります。

今年は例年の８月ではなく下記のとおり６月に行います。

【講習会】
場所：清水公園体育館 B1F 柔道場
時間： 09：15～10：15 少年部合同稽古 　 10：30～11：45 一般部合同稽古
 ※明龍館会員は無料です。(明龍館会員以外は1,000 円)

【ＢＢＱ】
場所：清水公園内 ＤＡＹキャンプ場
時間：12：30～15：00
会費：一般部 4000 円／少年部 2000 円／幼年部 1000 円／保護者 3500 円

申込期限：6/17(日)までに明龍館各同好会代表者または指導者までお申込みください。                      
ご不明な点がございましたら代表者へお問い合わせください。

駐車場は体育館利用者専用の駐車場がございます。
電車でお越しいただく事をお勧め致しますが、お車の場合は余裕をもってお気をつけてお越しいただき ますよう、よろしくお願いします。
※電車の方は東武野田線：清水公園駅より、徒歩１５分                                  

5/9稽古

大宮同好会は5月よりジム先生とみゆき先生の交代で指導となりますのでよろしくお願いします。

5/9の稽古内容は「臂力の養成(一)」「正面打ち四ヶ条抑え(一)」「座り技正面打ち四ヶ条抑え(一)」です。

大宮同好会は出稽古の方も含め、だんだんと参加人数が増えてきました。
女性が多いので、女性は参加しやすいと思います。興味がある方は是非体験にお越しください。

Ushiro waza at Omiya

Working on some behind the back techniques at the Meiryukan Omiya club.

Still only 6th kyu, but having little problem with some new brown belt and black belt techniques.

Today was ushiro ryote mochi ikkajo osae ni, ushiro ryote mochi hijishime ni.

Next week we will give ushiro ryote mochi sankajo osae ichi/ni a shot.

Omiya 3/14

Still training hard at the Meiryukan Omiya club.
Visitors always welcome - only 500yen/class!

Recently we have been going through the basics (with partner). Wednesday the 14th we worked on tai no henko ichi as well as a few brown belt techniques. Next week`s theme will be shumatsu dosa ichi, ni.

Note* 3/21 class is from 9:30, 3/28 from 11:30

Omiya visitors welcome!

With Spring tests just around the corner, the visitors are starting to come...

Today we had a first time visitor from the nearby Iwatsuki dojo come train with us. In the last 6 months there has only been maybe 1 or 2 male visitors to this class. A nice change in atmosphere to bring out a bit more power from the ladies. We worked on some 5th kyu techniques as well as a couple off of the brown belt syllabus.

Note: next Wednesday class is cancelled. Check this blog for time changes etc.

2018年 養神館 合気道明龍館鏡開き 奉納演武編

Omiya 1/10

After almost 2 weeks off for the winter holidays, Meiryukan Omiya was right back in to the swing of things. A quick warm-up, some breakfalls, hiriki no yosei ichi/ni and then on to a new technique - katate mochi nikajo osae ichi.

It was their first time with both the initial wrist lock and the final pin. A bit complicated, but after about 20mins they were at least starting to remember and understand the movements.
