基本動作(相対で)

①両手持ち四方投げ(一)

・片手持ち四方投げとの違いについて

・受けの肩へのつなげ方

・投げる前、肩に力が入らないようにする

 ～分かれて審査稽古～

自由時間も審査内容を稽古しました。
