After almost 2 weeks off for the winter holidays, Meiryukan Omiya was right back in to the swing of things. A quick warm-up, some breakfalls, hiriki no yosei ichi/ni and then on to a new technique - katate mochi nikajo osae ichi.

It was their first time with both the initial wrist lock and the final pin. A bit complicated, but after about 20mins they were at least starting to remember and understand the movements.
